So, my husband and I joined Snap Fitness last week. Now, I'm not trying to lose weight, or build muscle. My goals are simple. Manage stress levels. Now, if any other benefits occur, that's just gravy.
Anyway, the gym has this meal planner thing. You enter in the foods you ate, and the amount for that day. It spits out the total fat, calories, and other nutrition information. It's a great little tool, really. I entered in my information for today, and hit 500 calories.
For the day.
That's a problem. I never realized just how little I eat until I saw that. It's not that I don't eat, I just don't eat high calorie foods. Becky, one of the owners of the gym, told me I need to be eating at least 1200 calories per day.
So, I planned out tomorrow's meals. And hit 900 calories. 900! I see more potato chips in my future.
You don't need potato chips, you just need to actually eat breakfast and lunch :p
ReplyDeleteHey, I ate breakfast yesterday! And had 'brunch' today too. :p
